Besenzoni Spa is implementing its renewed corporate strategy following the easing of COVID-19 lockdown restrictions

In line with the most recent government guidelines and in compliance with new regulations to prevent the spread of the virus, the Sarnico-based company will re-open all its operations and business activities, putting safety first.

"All our departments are now operational,” said chief executive, Giorgio Besenzoni, “In this period of quarantine we have been able to maintain close contacts with the entire sales network and with our customer support network throughout the country and around the world."

Smart working

Prior to social distancing becoming mandatory, Besenzoni reorganised its sales, design and after-sales service departments, focusing on smart working. The logistics, purchasing and production planning departments were also reorganised immediately after lockdown was announced. Production activities have been transformed by modifying both the layout of individual work stations and of the production line as a whole, making it more flexible.

All departments have been sanitised and each employee has been provided with protective equipment and instructions for use. Rules governing personal safety will also be in place for couriers, suppliers and all those visiting the company.
